How to configure Outlook Mail Lets see;

Microsoft has released a new Office Build for Office Insiders on Windows. The new Build 12410.20000 has introduced a couple of new features to Outlook. Aside from that, it brings plenty of bug fixes. You can read the official change log below.

Feature updates Outlook

  • Drag email to a group you own:¬†Move and copy messages and conversations by dragging them from your inbox. Messages you drag will be shared with all group members.Resolved issues Access
  • Executing a union query that references linked ODBC table(s) and contains an Order By clause crashes 64 bit Access.
  • Summing of data from union queries in Access (O365) may result in truncation of decimal data.
  • COM Interfaces for ACE are not exposed for use outside of Office applications.

Step 1:

Click Tools button on top menu bar and select Account Setting option in drop-down list .

Step 2 :

Next click on New button shown in dialogue box.

Click on Manually configuration checkbox shown below and go next.

Tick on Internet E-mail option and go next.

Fill all the information and click on More Setting button.

Click on Outgoing Server tab, tick on checkbox – My Outgoing Server …… and then on Use same setting as …….

Step 7 :

Next click on Advanced tab, set POP3 and SMTP ports, select encrypted settings accordingly and click on OK button at bottom.

Step 8 :

After this click on Next button.

Step 9 :

Your mail configuration is done. Now check send/ receive mail.
